Welcome to Ashdene Independent Pre-School
Our Vision
To provide a quality early years education for every child, in an environment which values children as individuals and offers exciting and stimulating opportunities to learn through play supported by experienced and caring staff who have a deep understanding and enthusiasm for early years.
About the Pre-School
The Pre-School is a registered charity run by a voluntary committee and is a member of the Pre-School learning alliance. The Pre-school opens between 8.45 am - 3.15 pm term time only, offering sessional and full time places for children aged between two and a half and four. We now have a breakfast club from 8am until 8.45am and a after Pre-school club from 3:15pm until 5pm.
The Pre-School has two large classrooms and a fantastic spacious outdoor play area.

To provide play opportunities and exciting experiences that will allow children to progress in all seven areas of learning in the early years foundation stage.

To build positive relationships with children and their families encouraging parental involvement in Pre-school.

To prepare children for the transition to primary school and encourage self-help and independence skills.
