Times and Costs

From September 2025:
Our fees equate to an hourly rate of £7.50 per hour for the core sessions.
Funded hours can be used for the core sessions only (8.45am-3.15pm). Before and after Pre-School clubs are payable.
Snacks are charged at 60p per snack (per session) and are included in the charges above.

We also offer activities for the children on the following days:
Tuesday afternoon session: Dance £2.00 per session.
Wednesday morning session: Singing £2.00 per session.
Thursday afternoon session: Minisports £3.00 per session.​

We accept all types of funding and payment can be paid by childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare.

Please complete our registration form on this website to register your child. A £50.00 deposit is requested when you register. £30.00 is reimbursed in your first invoice (£20.00 is an admin fee).
If the place isn't taken up the deposit is not refundable.
We do offer fully funded places for the core sessions if you would struggle financially to pay some of our additional fees. Please contact our manager Gemma to discuss further.

Free Early Education Entitlement for children
Parents of 3/4 year olds are entitled to universal funding for 15 hours per week term time, the term after the child turns 3.
​
Children of working parents (over 9 months old) may be eligible for up to 30 hours funding per week term time.
​
Eligible 2 year olds from non working families can also get up to 15 free hours funding per week term time.
​
Please download the attached form, fill it in and return it to the Pre-School either by email or by hand.
