Free Early Education Entitlement for children aged 3 - 4 years

Parents are entitled to 15 universal hours and up to 30 free extended hours per week. Please check your eligibility on childcare choices website.   Please download the attached form, fill it in and return it to the Pre-School either by email or by hand.   Hard copies of the form are also available from the Pre-School office.

 

Eligible 2 year olds can also get up to 15 free hours please check Cheshire East website to check your eligibilty.
